We have decided not to charge our patients for this service. Some pharmacies are charging £60 per year, per patient. OUR SERVICE IS FREE, it won’t cost you – or the NHS a penny more and it could save you lots of time and effort. All you need to do is download and print registration form, print and submit to us to take advantage of our services.
